Please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms & Conditions) before using this website and making any booking. If you disagree with any part of the Terms & Conditions please do not proceed to use the website in any way or make a booking. By proceeding with your booking, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Personal Data
When you purchase anything from this website, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction fulfill your order and provide you with the services requested. This information may include but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address and your phone number. The placing of an order for any services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details. By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by us in the manner set out in these Terms & Conditions. You must make sure that all the information you provide us is true and accurate.
3. Changes or Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made before the order is sent for processing (i.e. before payment of initial deposit).
4. Refund Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable with the exceptions to the following:
- Defective goods
- Goods are not in the same specifications as the signed job sheet.
5. Booking Confirmation
Booking is considered confirmed only when the initial deposit, signed job sheet and all relevant high resolution artwork are received by Custom Prints & Apparels Pte Ltd.
6. Payment Terms

Kindly provide the photo of the receipt for verifying purpose through email.
The cheque is to be crossed and payable to CUSTOM PRINTS AND APPARELS PTE LTD

- Please indicate the invoice number on your cheque.
- 30% of the total price will be placed as a deposit.
- Full payment for a deposit would be required for orders value which is below $300.
- Balance payment is payable via the available payment method (refer to above) one working day before delivery.
- A delivery charge of $35 applies for orders below 100 pieces. (within mainland Singapore only)
- Free delivery within mainland Singapore for orders above 100 pieces (Single location)
- Garments and Apparel will be delivered in individual packaging.
- Delivery hours are from 2 pm to 6 pm (Monday – Friday)
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you unless notice is required by law.
